He was predeceased by: his parents, Glynn Hinton and Daisy Hinton. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Krista McMinn of Laurel, Julia Hovatter (Sonny) of Petal and Jared Hinton of New Orleans; his grandchildren, Shelby McMinn, Maggie McMinn and Barrett Hovatter; his great grandchild Cora McMinn; and his sisters, Linda Minchew and Diane Stem. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests to please make donations to the Shriners Hospital for Children, as this was something very dear to Jerry.
