He is survived by: his wife Pamela Howard Boler; his daughter Jaime Boler; his siblings, Doug Boler (Amanda), Mary Watson (Charles) and Peggy Daniels; and his caregivers, Lindsey Miller, Denise Smith and Marie Rayner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
