Bell (Laurel, Mississippi), born in Waynesboro, Mississippi, who passed away on October 12, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Risher Bell; his son Russell; his daughter-in-law Linda Bell; his parents, Oscar Bell and Maude Bell; his parents-in-law, Dr. Frederick Lindsey and Ruby Lee Risher; and his siblings, Vonceil Fleck, Jo Ann Ogle and Charles R. Bell.
He is survived by: his son Chuck; his daughter-in-law Nancy Bell; his siblings-in-law, Wayne, Ginny Traylor and Peggy Turley Bell; his grandchildren, Elliot, Connor Bell, Anna Bell Blackmon and Ashley Hatton; and his friend Kennedy Brooks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
