She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Carroll Bush and Doris Musgrove. She is survived by: her siblings, Doug Bush (Betty) and Kay Bates (Sherman); her nieces and nephews, Tracy Cunningham, Jamie Atwood (Glenn), Stephanie Hamil (Kelly), Chris Bush (Angie) and William Bates (Kelly); and her friend Tresia Roddey. She is also survived by great nieces, great nephews.
