She was predeceased by: her husband James Owen Laird Jr.; her daughter Melissa Karen Laird; her parents, William "Billy" Poore and Ella Fair Boone Poore; her great grandchild Emerlynn Renae Welch; her brother John Stanley Poore; and her siblings-in-law, Gladys Nell Poore, Joe Larry Shelby and Buddy Flowers.
She is survived by: her son William "Kevin"; her grandchildren, Miles Merrell, Megan Yarbrough and Autumn Laird; her great grandchildren, Raeanna Merrell, Oaklynn Yarbrough and River James Yarbrough; her sister Betty Ann Shelby; and her sister-in-law Betty Flowers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
