He is survived by: his children, Allison Ainsworth and Scott Ainsworth (Katye); his grandchildren, Holder Ainsworth and Malone Ainsworth; his sister Carmen Ainsworth Bailey (Ronnie); and his niece Jennifer Armstrong Webb (Stacy).
