He was predeceased by: his son Kenneth Wayne Ishee; his parents, David Ishee and Willie Ishee; his siblings, Christine Sullivan and Billy Ishee; and his son-in-law Ray LeCompte.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Marie Ishee; and his children, Deborah Lynn LeCompte, Cynthia Ishee Arabie (Sidney) and Michael Ishee (Robin). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren.
