She is survived by: her children, Kristi Morton (Richard) and David Stephenson (Hnou); her niece Deborah Trembaly (Michael); her grandchildren, Nick Morton, Ethan Morton and Emily Harper; her great grandchildren, Mariah Johnson, Jordan Johnson, Maverick Threat, Kolby Jones, Abby Kate Munn, Hutson Munn and Cason Harper; her siblings, Mary Fields, Kay Jellison (Tom), Martha Grizzard, James Fields and David Fields; her nephews, Timothy Fields and Daryl Grizzard; and her niece Kimberly Catsulis.
