He is survived by: his wife Elaine Morgan; his children, Russell Pickering (Pam), Ken Morgan, Vickie Walters (Danny) and Debbie Gatlin (Tim); and his brothers, Howard Morgan and Roy Morgan. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
