He was predeceased by: his wife Tami Phillips; and his parents, Carolyn McCrae and Roosevelt Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Kayla Boler (Buford), Debe Phillips Lee (Randy), Justin Phillips (Addison) and Greg Little (Cassie); and his siblings, Mark Phillips, Brenda Phillips (Steve) and Joy Andrews (Wayne). He is also survived by ten grandkids and several nieces and nephews.
