It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Carl Wilkerson of Laurel, Mississippi, born in Selma, Alabama, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kenneth Wilkerson, Sr. and Mollie Jane Wilkerson (Moring) of Camden, AL.. He is survived by: his wife Penny Harvell Wilkerson; his children, Michael Wilkerson (Kristina) and Mandy Pearson (John); his grandchildren, Cadie, Maddie Wilkerson, Hadley, Harper and Henry Pearson; and his brothers, Kenneth Wilkerson, Jr. (Margaret) of Enterprise, AL, Cliff Wilkerson (Jennifer) of Columbus, MS and Scott Wilkerson (Gloria) of Monroeville, AL. He is also survived by his wife of 40 years, children and grandchildren, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
