She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" Lucky and Mellia Lucky; her siblings, James Lucky, Carolyn Turner and Alice Rayner; and her granddaughter Christyn Creel.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Creel (Chris), Ben Gatlin (Connie) and Suzie Walker (Scott); her grandchildren, Melody Holifield (Josh), Taylor Gatlin (Allison) and Seth Walker; her great grandchildren, R. B. Holifield, Amelie Holifield and Skylar Holifield; and her sister Julie Kuykendall. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
