With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma F. Skidmore (Laurel, Mississippi), born in Niantic, Illinois, who passed away on February 16, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Skidmore; her grandsons, Joshua Skidmore and Mitchell Pierre; her parents, George DeWitt and Helen DeWitt; her brother Homer DeWitt (Bud); and her daughters-in-law, Deborah Skidmore and Patti Skidmore.

She is survived by: her sons, Mark (late Patti), Luke (Krista), John (Lajeana), Matthew (Erin) and James (Norma Jean). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
