He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Withrow and Margaret Corris Withrow; his former wife Dorothy; his sister Joan Withrow; his aunts, Audrey Ludwick and Charlotte Myers; and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Mills, Alice Mills and George Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Withrow; his children, Bryan Withrow (Shannon) and Daneale Santana (Jesse); his grandsons, Nathan Santana, Josh Santana and Nick Withrow; his stepson Chad Edwards; his sister Carol Delgado (Rudy); his sister-in-law Sharon Vodden; and his close friend Beth Reynolds. He is also survived by nephews, a niece and many friends.
