Smith (Kevin Polk) and Latrell Smith; his grandchildren, Kristen Loftin, Josh Loftin, Harley Smith, Sydney Wash and Leila Burks; his great grandchildren, Hazel Loftin, Karmella Wash and Mileena Manns; his sister Geneva Jennings (James); and his brother-in-law Tom Rushton (Libby). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
