He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Foley and Susan Foley. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Polson Foley; his sisters, Sharon Simpson (Alton) and Barbara Robinson (Ronnie); his siblings-in-law, Wanda Wallace, Jennifer Rodriguez (Ray) and Stan Polson (Mary); his nieces and nephews, Heather Simpson Burke, Jeffrey Robinson, Jennifer Robinson McCaffrey, Greg Polk, Neil Polk, Eric Polson, Brian Polson, Kelli Polson Prieto, Bradley Lambert, Troy Lambert, Brandi Rodriguez, Rachel Rodriguez and Ray Rodriguez, Jr.; and his godson Louis Embrey IV.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Alzheimer's Association.
