She is survived by: her husband Dennis Patrick Sr.; her siblings, Theresa "Leelee" Tucker and Larry Thomas Tucker Sr. (Judy); her children, Dennis "Bubba" Patrick Jr. (Dawn) and Michelle Gardner (Jason); her grandchildren, Jacob Gardner (Brooke), Shaun Gardner (Elana), Laiken Patrick (Caden) and Grayson Segraves; her great grandchild Ava Jean Gardner; and her niece Shannon Williams. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
