He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. T. Ford Leggett, Sr. and Norma Sharp Leggett; his sister Ann Lea Weaver Avery; and his wife Shirley Webster Leggett. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Kent B. Leggett (Tamara) and Ellen F. Leggett (Charles); his grandchildren, Parker F. Leggett (Chrissy) and Hillary Leggett Steinwinder (Thomas); and his great grandchildren, Carter, Graham Leggett, Reimann and Parker Kent Steinwinder.
