He is survived by: his wife Annelle Stephens; his children, Jeff Stephens (Donna), Bruce Stephens (Kim) and Deann Rose (Melton); his grandchildren, Bradley Stephens (Erica), Judd Stephens (Kayla), Duel Stephens (Morgan), Tyler Stephens (Candace), Trevor Tupy (Ashley), Josh Tupy, Matt Rose, Michael Rose, Brandon Rose, Allyson Hilton (Matt), Emily McLaurin, Melanie McLaurin and Katie Johnson; and his sisters, Carolyn Ladner and Paula Linden (Jeff). He is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren and one great grandchild.
