He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter E. Skipper and Jestine Ulmer Skipper; his siblings, James Harold Skipper and Barbara Rasberry; his brother-in-law Terry D. Rasberry Sr.; and his stepchildren, Ricky Broadway and Linda Gail Massey.

He is survived by : his brother Jerry Skipper; his stepdaughter Tammy Broadway Bishop (Tony); his sister-in-law Nancy Pitts (Toby); his nieces, Jennifer Skipper Bullard (Charles), Brandi Eddy Davis (Budder) and Sherri McNeil (Tim); and his nephew Terry D. Rasberry Jr.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great nieces and great nephews.
