He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty J Lewis (Walker) and Val Hollinghead; and his brother Kenneth Hollinghead. He is survived by: his siblings, Donnie Hollinghead and Vicki Pryor; his daughter Sierra Hollinghead; and his grandchildren, Aubree Lawless, Anthony Lawless 3rd and Larry Lawless. He is also survived by in-laws, stepchildren, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
