He was predeceased by : his parents, Miles Raines and Elmyra Lott; and his siblings, Mary Eubanks, Bobbie Badger and Miles Raines, Jr..

He is survived by : his children, Jessica Tomlin, Trisha Raines and Jermey Raines; his siblings, Vance Raines (Teresa), John Raines (Connie) and Lori Raines; and his stepmother Ruth Raines. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
