He was predeceased by: his parents, Yancey Daniel Jr. and Mary Carolyn Walley; and his sister Lynne Walley McCraney. He is survived by: his wife Donna Gale Walley; his children, Thomas Gunn and Scott Gunn; his grandchildren, Austin Gunn (Ryley), Preston Gunn, Ariana Gunn and Joshua James Gunn; his great grandchild Stetson Gunn; and his siblings, Reggie Walley (Robin), Sheila Howard (Jack), Donald Lee (Tammy), Pamela Loper and Mark Lee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moments Funeral Home (1601 Lackey St, Leakesville, MS 39451). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Unity Baptist Church (11997 Old Hwy 24, Leakesville, MS 39451).
