She was predeceased by : her husband William Ralph Hicks, Sr.; her parents, Jerry Willis Taylor and Mary Turner Taylor of Virginia; and her brother Noel Samuel Taylor. She is survived by : her son William Ralph Hicks, Jr. (Shelly); her grandson William Ralph Hicks, III; and her sisters, Nettie Jewel Silva (Donald) and Mary Benton (Edward) of Virginia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
