He is survived by : his wife Mary Helen Churchwell Dearman of Leakesville; his children, Jarma Farmer (Irvin) of Leakesville and Bernie Dearman (Angie) of Leakesville; his grandchildren, Colton Dearman (Ellen) of Midland, TX, Dalee Criddle of Sterling, VA and Cassidy Dearman of Oxford, MS; his great grandchildren, Jaxon LeBlanc of Sorrento, LA, Jolee LeBlanc of Sorrento, LA, Jace LeBlanc of Sorrento, LA and Jaden LeBlanc of Sorrento, LA; and his brother Douglas R. Dearman of Leakesville, MS..
