He is survived by : his siblings, William Holder (Louise), Carol Holder, Jack Holder (Scharlene), Ricky Holder (Doris), Jerry Holder and Faye Holder; his stepchild LeeAnna Swemley; and his granddaughter AnnaLee Stewart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
