She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Jeffery Hoover; her parents, Clifford Bowen and Pheby Bowen; and her siblings, Lilliam Bowen Mollett, Harmey "Buddy" Bowen, Minnie Jane Bowen, Uvon Bowen, Forest J. Bowen and Defort Bowen.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth P. Nagel, Jr. (Jeanette); her grandson Austin K. Nagel; and her caregiver Sharon Burbridge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, numerous other family and close friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Moments Funeral Home (1601 Lackey St, Leakesville, MS 39451). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
