He is survived by: his wife Anne Stewart Gibbes; his sons, James Lake (Davida), Jeffrey Gibbes (Heather), Trent Eugene (Anna) and Alston Lamar; his grandchildren, Madison Marie, Ainslie Anne, Macie Claire, Laken Louise, Hutton James and Noah Monroe; and his sisters, Margie and Shirley.
