He is survived by: his children, Deborah Sprayberry (Bill) and Ricky Fain (Judy); and his grandchildren, Lesley Cannada (Scott), Lauren Hodge (Mark), Richard Fain (Lindsey) and John Fain (Jillian). He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
