With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Ellard Frankel of Leland, Mississippi, who passed away on March 17, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Leo; her children, Kathryn Frankel Chisolm Smith, Linda Frankel Gwin (John) and Lee Maurice Frankel (Hardie); her grandchildren, Amelia Chisolm Goodenough (Jason), Carter Smith, Georgia Smith LaBorde (Brock), Aimee Claire Frankel Breedlove (Jonathan) and Lee Martin Frankel (Brittany); and her great grandchildren, Eloise Foster Goodenough, Penelope Wright Goodenough, Leo Thompson Zeigler, Thomas Lawrence Zeigler, Greyson Elias Breedlove, Mattie Camille Breedlove, John Martin Frankel and Lula Fay Frankel.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Leland Presbyterian Church, the Leland Animal Relief and Rescue Foundation (AARF), or your charity of choice.
