He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Burns; his parents, Wade Burns Sr. and Billie Burns; and his sister Barbara Mauney. He is survived by: his son Cody Burns; his daughter-in-law April Burns; his grandchildren, Liam Burns, Tucker Burns, Lilly Worbington, Haylee Worbington and Madeline Worbington; and his sister Debbie Anderson.
