He was predeceased by: his wife Sadi Mae Kyzar; his parents, William Fredrick Kyzar and Idellar Prestage Kyzar; his children, Robin and Sherry Kyzar; and his siblings, Margaret Stewart, Annie Lois Payne and Pete Kyzar.

He is survived by: his children, Jackie Kyzar of Lena and Ricky Kyzar (Betty) of Goodhope; his grandchildren, Chris, Brad and Rhett; and his great grandchildren, Rankin, Raley, Reese and Ally.
