With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Harrell of Lena, Mississippi, born in Morton, Mississippi, who passed away on September 17, 2022 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael Harrell to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howie and Edris; and his grandparents, Edward Coward, Johnnie Coward Harrell, Hugh and Hattie Harrell.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Harrell; his daughter Shannon; his son-in-law Jack Laseter; his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Harrell; his grandchildren, Michael "Graham" Laseter and Addison Harrell; his brother Eddie; and his sister-in-law Marsha Harrell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to have memorial contributions made to Hickory Ridge Baptist Church Building Fund.
