She is survived by: her children, Rutha Bowie, Marie Honeysucker, Beverly Bowie, Angela Bowie-Brown and Billy Ray Bowie; her sister Mary Jo Williams; and her husband Tebbie Bowie. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt Zion M. B. Church (295 Joe Lee Rd, Lena, MS 39094). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at the Mt Zion MB Cemetery.
