He is survived by : his wife Shirley Fowler; his children, Barry of Pickens and Belinda (Pete Block) of Iowa; his grandchildren, David Block of Iowa and Haley Block of New York City; his great grandchild Elaine Block of California; and his brother Dr. David Skinner of Olive Branch.
