We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2024, at the age of 77, Frank Morris Higgins of Liberty, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie James Higgins Sr. and Nora Mae Smith Higgins; and his siblings, Phillip Higgins, James Higgins Jr., Glen Higgins, Ben Higgins and Norma Jean Lester.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bonnette Higgins; his daughter Kimberly Moore (Buck); his stepchildren, B. C. Hall, Ron Hall (Emily), Dana Bonnette, Jackie Butler and Janet Bonnette; his brothers, Murray Higgins and Jerry Higgins; and his grandchildren, Zech Hall, Buck Moore Jr., Emily Kendall, Susie Ferrell and Austin Moore. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
