She was predeceased by: her brother Vernon O'Neal LaFarlett; and her brother-in-law Robert Millwood. She is survived by: her son Christopher B. Kolonay (Calana Louann) of Osyka, MS; her grandchildren, Austin C. Kolonay (Hannah) of Osyka, MS and Ashley Daniella Kolonay of Osyka, MS; her great grandchild Jennifer Louann Gayle Kolonay; her stepson Jason Dunaway; and her siblings, Emily Millwood, Nancy Tolbert and Jeffery Michael LaFarlett (Anna). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hartman Jones Funeral Home (1801 Delaware Ave, McComb, MS 39648). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
