He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Toney Sr. (Jake) and Lola Jackson Toney; his wife Irene Toney; his siblings, John R. Toney Jr. (Bob) and Eva Toney Jackson; his son Johnny Toney; and his stepdaughter Connie Durham.
He is survived by: his son Murry Quinn Toney Jr. (Penny); his grandsons, Nathan Toney (Kelly) and Matthew Toney; his great grandchildren, Kailey, Alexis, Aaron, Cale, Adalyn and Aceyn; his sister Fannie Case; his brother-in-law Alton Case; and his stepchildren, Bonnie Price (Clayton), B. J. Nettles Jr. and Ralph Nettles.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (153 S Broad St, Liberty, MS 39645). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
