He was predeceased by: his son Allan Southworth, Jr.; his grandson Michael Allan Southworth; his sister Linda Southworth; and his parents, Ollie Southworth and Alda Southworth.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Southworth; his children, Diane Southworth McKee, Catherine VanEperen, Anthony Cooper and Sean Cooper; and his brothers, Gary Southworth and Clinton Southworth. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
