She is survived by: her husband Angel Antonio Ruiz; and her children, John Anthony Ruiz (Shelley), Cynthia Lynn Wells (Jay) and Janet Phillips (Clayton). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 5 siblings.
