He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lloyd G. Page, Eloise Harlan, Charles and Mavis Offutt. He is survived by: his parents, Griff Page and Lauren Page; his siblings, Shannon Page (Beverly) and Michelle Page Necaise (Jamie); and his siblings' children, Keith Page and Jordan Yagelski (Ryan).
