She is survived by: her husband Billy F. Dorris; her children, Joyce Whittington (Darryail) of Oxford, MS, David Dorris (Jean) of Theodore, Al and Paul Dorris (Edgie) of Long Beach, MS; her grandchildren, Jeremy Dorris (Nicole), Brian Dorris (Rachel), Robert Dorris, Steven Money (Lee) and Ryan Whittington (Beth); and her great grandchildren, Abigail Dorris, Caison Dorris, Maci Reese Dorris, Michael Dorris, Carter Dorris, Tim Burgard, Zach Burgard, Erica Festus, Adeline Rose Whittington, Mary Claire Whittington, Sebastian Dorris, Kavik Dorris and Havilah Dorris. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
