With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Emile Haik of Long Beach, Mississippi, who passed away on June 6, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Tracy Leigh Haik; and his brother Michael Emile Haik. He is survived by: his wife June Smith Haik; his stepson Wesley Pearce; his daughter-in-law Sandy Whitman Pearce; his grandchildren-in-law, Jacob and Emma Pearce; his daughter Teri Haik Smart of Austin; his grandchildren, Sarah and Gray Smart; his brother Dr. William Emile Haik; and his sister-in-law Mary K. Haik.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Long Beach Food Pantry, in honor of Jimmy's memory.
