She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Strohauer and Hazel Strohauer; her husband Barney; and her great-nephew Jonathan Aeschliman. She is survived by: her daughter Pam Belk; her son-in-law Tony Belk; her sister Jackie Ball; her brother-in-law Pete Ball; and her nephews, Michael and David Ball.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly invites memorial gifts to be made to Southern Oaks in Joanne's honor, in appreciation for the profound care she received.
