She was predeceased by: her father Edward F. Brown; her husband Norman A. Higgins; and her stepsons, Gary Higgins and Steve Todd. She is survived by: her mother Mattie L. Brown; her sons, Charles "Chuck" Tinsley, Todd Tinsley and Jeff Todd of Long Beach, MS; her stepdaughters, Beth Higgins Prather (Max) of New Orleans, LA and Tina Baker (Paul) of Ponte Vedra, FL; her grandchildren, Lakelyn Tinsley, Brooks Tinsley, Trenton Todd of Long Beach, MS, Lara Crutcher (Joe) of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Timothy Higgins (Lindsay) of New Orleans, LA, Ashley Baker Gheorghe (Radu) of Ponte Vedra, FL, Paul Landon Baker (Emily) of Lacey, WA and Stephen Todd (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Saylor Crutcher, McKenzie Higgins, Ella Baker, Luca Gheorghe, Cassian Paul Baker, Lucille Anna Baker, Bo Todd and Weston Todd. She is also survived by many cousins, friends.
