She is survived by: her close friend Darwin Ezell; her son Forrest Gene Bates (Tracy); and her siblings, Shirley Ann Frederick Martin, Diana Lynn Frederick Odle (Thomas) and Mary Lois Frederick Poole. She is also survived by her family as an amazing sister and mother.
