He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Seyfarth and Doris Seyfarth. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Kristi Olivieri (Michael), Peter Seyfarth Jr. (Sara) and Sunny Ulrich (Gary); his grandson Jackson Kilosky (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Tyler Kilosky and Zoja Kilosky.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Pete's honor.
