He was predeceased by: his parents, Mayor Robert Lee (Ret) and Lenora LaRosa Reed; and his siblings, Ida Reed Gates, Carol Lee Reed, Robert Lee Reed, III, Paul Edward Reed, Sr. and Thomas Anthony Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Allen Reed; his daughters, Rachael Reed Ladner and Rebecca Reed Koennen (Stephen); his grandchildren, Sara Johnson, Cole Donaldson (Ellen), Chase Elsworth, Bryson Reeves, Reed Koennen, Abigail Matthews (Taylor), Ashlyn Evans (Greg), Drake Johnson (Meorie), William Johnson and Henry Clements; and his brothers, Frank Vincent Reed (Sue) and George Bernard Reed.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Thomas Catholic Church (720 Beach Blvd E, Long Beach, MS 39560). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Long Beach City Cemetery.
