He is survived by : his daughter Rhiannon LaShae Headrick; his brother Jackson Headrick (Jackie); his grandchildren, Eddy De Juan Headrick and Jevyn Jamal Peavy; his brother Charlean Janice Headrick; his close friend Leslie Davis; his stepchildren, Miranda Jones and Larry Jones; his stepgrandchildren, Jaylin Jones and Jeremy Jones; his nephew Jason Headrick; his niece Sierra Everett; and his great-niece Jenna Headrick. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
