It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Thomas Woods of Long Beach, Mississippi, who passed away on January 7, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father James William Woods, Sr.; his brothers, Wayne Woods and James William Woods, Jr.; and his stepdaughter Deborah Nicole Steen. He is survived by : his wife Deborah Rogers Woods; his mother Chellie Humphries Woods; his daughter Brittany Jamil James (Adam); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Diana James and Noah James Hoover; his stepdaughters, Brandi Steen Hoover (Tyler) and Jami Diana Steen; and his siblings, Keith Allen Woods, Joyce Woods Williamson (Mike) and Carolyn Woods Bryant (Odell). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
